In January 2013, our registered capital increased from RMB500 million to RMB1,000 million.
In May 2013, we expanded our consumer automotive loan business to used vehicles.
In July 2013, we established cooperative arrangement with Qoros Automotive Co., Ltd. to provide the dealer financing loans to Qoros-authorized dealers and consumer automotive loans for Qoros series.
In 2013, we also entered into cooperative agreements with certain automobile manufacturers in China.
In December 2013, Chery Automobile transferred a 31% equity interest in our Company to Chery Holdings.

2009
In April 2009, our Company was established as the first domestic brand automotive financing company approved by CBRC in the PRC, which was jointly invested by a Chinese domestic brand automobile manufacturer, Chery Automobile, and a local commercial bank in China, Huishang Bank.
